My experience with Apple Tree Service was great and price was reasonable compared to other quotes from other companies. The trees behind my fence were very hard to get, and we had to use my neighbors driveway, I'm very impressed with their professionalism. My neighbor was being petty and complained about some marks from the cut trees on his very old driveway. The staff came the next day and pressure washed his driveway to satisfy his pettiness and concern. This was very hard and complex job and even harder due to fact the trees are behind my fence in no man's land; which the town refuse to cut due inadequate equipment. I give Eric and his staff high rating for their level of professionalism and courtesy in dealing with my ungrateful neighbour who benefited too since I cut one tree near his property which does not belong to me. Very hard working staff and best price I found in Bergen county, highly recommend their services.

Apple Tree was a pleasure to work with. Gabriel took his time and listened carefully to our needs and met our expectations. All branches were safely and efficiently cleaned and taken away. Thank you.

This company needs to restructure the whole company inside out. Not only do they throw customer service out the window but they fail to own up to and take responsibility for their mistakes. These are basic things you failed on 1. Inaccurate estimates then ask for more money during work: 2. Canceling 30 minutes before the scheduled work and notifying we will be there tomorrow 8am without an apology and even asking if it works with the client or not. 3. Putting "As discussed" on the contract and blaming the customer for not correcting the contract details. 4. Collecting more money than the half of the work performed and asking for more money even before the second half or work had even begun. 5. Leaving oils on the neighbor's driveway and telling the neighbor it wasn't his truck. ( He only needed an acknowledgement and apology)
