Had them out for an estimate. They were supposed to call when they were on their way. They didn’t.
Someone called to tell us they were waiting out front (not the guy out front). Ok fine. I get it. YOU forgot to call. No big deal. Give us 5 minutes.
At this point the caller got VERY RUDE to us. Thanks for coming out and wasting your time. Hopefully you were just having a bad day but this is no way to treat potential customers. DO BETTER!
